The Challenge
This challenge is designed to help you get down to your goal weight or at least close by summer. For everything you eat, you can either gain or lose points. For every minute that you exercise, you can gain points. Every week there will be a check in so that I may chart your progress.
The Points
Food
0 cals: 0 points
1-150 cals: 1 pt
151-300 cals: 2 pts
301-450 cals: 3 pts
451-600 cals: 4 pts
601+: 5 pts
For every calorie that you eat after 601, add them up. Example, if you eat 650 cals, you'll get 6 points.
Exersise
0 min: 0 pts
1-20 mins: 1 pts
21-40 mins: 2 pts
41-60 mins: 3 pts
60 mins+: 4 pt
You subtract the point from you total amount of points, not just exercise!
The Details
You will need to know exactly how many calories are in everything that you eat. If you go out to eat or are unsure, there check out the restraunt's website or a calorie site. You are in charge of keeping track of your points and you are in charge of posting your points every Saturday. If you miss a week, you are out. (I will make some exceptions, just email me)

If you would like to join, just leave a comment stating:
Age, height, current weight, goal weight and email address.
Note: The acount that you post with is the acount that you are entering
There will be fifteen people each month, and once the challenge starts I will email you the password so that it's a little more private.
